AVRUPA Psikoteknik Eğitim Kurumları olarak 2014 yılında kurulmuştur. 2014 yılından bu yana İstanbul GAZİOSMANPAŞA İLÇESİNDE 1000 lerce kişiye eğitim vermiş ve belge almalarında yardımcı olmuştur.

Özellikle Psikoteknik alanında gerekli olan temel eğitimlerin tamamlanması ve sürücülerin psikolojik olarak, trafiğe hazırlanması konusunda hizmet vermekteyiz.

Sağlık bakanlığının denetiminde onaylı kurumlar tarafından kişinin bedensel ve psikolojik durumunun sürücülük yapmaya elverişli olduğunu, psikolog ve simülatör aletinin eşliğinde 1 saat süren test ve bu test sonucunda verilmiş olan rapordur.

Psikoteknik değerlendirme sürücülerde araç kullanmak için gerekli olan temel bilişsel ve psikomotor özelliklerin güvenilir ve geçerli yollarda ölçülmesini amaçlar.

Psikoteknik Değerlendirme, Avrupa ülkelerinde 1970’li yıllarda ülkemizde de 1997 yılından itibaren yasal olarak uygulanmaya başlanmıştır. Avrupa ülkelerinden (İspanya, Almanya, Avusturya, Fransa, İtalya, İsviçre, Hollanda vs.) sürücülük becerilerinde yaşa bağlı zayıflamanın meydana gelmesi nedeniyle, yaşlı sürücülere, yolcu-eşya taşımacılığı yapan profesyonel sürücülere ve ceza puanını aşan sürücülere, alkollü yakalanan sürücülere, ağır hasarlı kazaya neden olan sürücülere psikoteknik değerlendirme uygulanmaktadır.

ÜLKEMİZDE PSİKO-TEKNİK DEĞERLENDİRMESİNİN KANUNSAL VE KURUMSAL KULLANIM ALANLARI

Psiko-teknik değerlendirme ülkemizde;

A. 1997 yılında 2918 Sayılı Karayolları Trafik Kanunun’da yasal olarak tanımlanmış olup aşağıdaki trafik ihlallerini yapan sürücülerin ehliyet iadesinde karar verme aşamasında kullanılmaktadır.
1- Madde 51/2-b ; Bir yılda beş kez hız limitlerini ihlal etmek
2- Madde 48/5 ; Beş yılda üç kez alkollü şekilde araç kullanmak
3- Madde 118 ; Bir yılda iki kez 100 ceza puanını doldurmak

B. 25.02.2004 tarihinde 4925 sayılı Karayolları Taşımacılık Kanunu ile yürürlüğe giren karayolları Taşıma Yönetmeliği, madde 36-d) gereği; sürücülerin bedeni ve psikoteknik açıdan sağlıklı olduklarını gösteren bir sağlık raporunu yetkili sağlık kuruluşlarından her beş yılda bir almaları zorunlu kılınmıştır.
